Hard Rock’s Lawbreaker

This guy has some pretty cool genetics packed into a sharp package. I continue to enjoy watching him mature. This is a big guy who catches your eye pretty quickly in the group. We believe we have his large maternal sister, Heart’s Desire, bred to BAL Renegade for 2021 and we’ve been using his maternal brother in our herd to produce to sharp cria in 2020 with more to come in 2021. This guy is going to be fun to show and is definitely a herdsire prospect that you may find on an auction block if we don’t decide to keep him. I can’t wait to get updated photos this month.  SHOW UPDATE: His first show he was 1st, 3rd and Grand Champion. In his second show he was 6th in the Olympic Futurity, 1st and 2nd in class, Grand Champion and Best of Show! Lawbreaker won his class at the ORVLA show as well. His brother beat him out for champion though. Lawbreaker hit the road to Iowa to pick up a 1st in class in both the Futurity and Halter shows. He continues to develop into a large boy with a lot of potential.  As predicted, this guy just keeps getting bigger.  He won the Olympic Futurity again and was double reserve grand in the silky wool division. We likely will show him one more time before putting him to work breeding. Lawbreaker is settling females and we are expecting his first offspring in 2023.

Lawbreaker is off to a slow start in his breeding career but did put two males on the ground in 2023. Both are sharp looking guys and we look forward to seeing them mature.
